Reception facilities include currency exchange (Pound Sterling and Travelers’ Cheques), safety deposit boxes, cards and stamps and a small library where you can borrow books or lend yours when you are done with them. The reception desk is manned 24 x 7.

At reception you can organize a late check out (or enquire for a courtesy room for the day of your departure), arrange for air conditioning, fan or fridge (if they are not included in your booking), ask for a wakeup call, set up an early breakfast or packed lunch if you are leaving early (e.g. on an excursion) or get prices for car / scooter / bike hire. The hotel also offers laundry service at very reasonable prices. There is always somebody at the reception to offer any information or help you may need.

At the reception area there is also an internet & games corner with a PC and a PlayStation. In the lounge and bar areas, the Halkidiki Palace also offers wireless internet access free of charge.
