Set among pine trees and olive groves, the hilltop is ideally situated on a small hill overlooking the village of Hanioti. Public areas and rooms enjoy magnificent scenic views of the turquoise blue waters of the Toroneos Gulf and the deep green pine forests of the surrounding hillsides.

The distance from the nearest supermarket is just over 200 meters through a short path (partly paved and part dirt track). The village centre is about 500 meters away and the distance from the beach is about 600 meters. All and all, it’s not more than a 5 min stroll to the village and about 10 min walk to the beach.

If you are not discouraged from the uphill walk, the location is rather advantageous: Being outside the village you can stay away from all the hustle and bustle of the locals and holidaymakers. At the same time, it’s only a short walk into the town and all the shops, restaurants and bars.
